Green Building

​LEED/Green Globes/Living Building Challenge/IgCC

When building or renovating, certify to a green building standard or consider certified green buildings when leasing.
​​Incorporate green elements in your lease.  If the building you are leasing is not certified to a green building standard, consider engaging the building owner and management company through green lease provisions.
For your member profile:  Indicate if your organization owns or leases space in a building that has been certified by one of the standards listed above.  For LEED, specify which rating system​ was used and which level (Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum). Please also specify the level achieved for Green Globes and the Living Building Challenge.  Green lease elements can be shared under the other appropriate categories (e.g. energy, water, waste, procurement).
